Dan & Ashlyn rescued the first parcel of land from development in 2011 and have kept piecing the parcels back together creating the ranch, now known as Trout Stalker Ranch, ever since!  The ranch is now a total of 1543 acres, with over 1000 acres protected by the New Mexico Land Conservancy.

HISTORY:

Dan & Ashlyn Perry had been visiting New Mexico for many years before deciding to make a permanent move to Santa Fe in 2011.  They spend most of their free time making the breathtaking 2 hour trek northward to Chama, to spend peaceful yet energizing time on their home away from home.  Dan is an attorney, licensed in both Texas and New Mexico, specializing in Mineral Management.  Ashlyn's true love is art and design.  Her natural creative flair is omnipresent on the Ranch.  Their Red Heeler, Rowdy, is the quintessential ranch hound who loves to chase frisbees and be included in everything!
